Luiza spent fifteen years overseeing construction projects, the last of them as Director of Construction Project Management for a commercial real estate company. Then she became a certified home stager and interior designer, started Reimagine Interiors in Sarasota, and has since designed homes and offices in Florida, Colorado and now Texas.
She works the way she did on commercial jobs. Figure out what the space has to do, write the plan, set the budget and the date, then manage the work until it's done. That last part is where most design projects stall, and it's the part she's best at.
Her PMP certification is from the Project Management Institute, and she practices as an interior designer and design consultant. When a commercial build-out needs permits, your architect or engineer seals the drawings; Luiza provides the design intent and manages the project.

How we work
- Plans you can read. Every consult ends in a written, room-by-room document with priorities and a budget. Hand it to a painter or a handyman and they'll know what to do without calling us.
- Dates that hold. Staging days are booked backwards from your listing date. Office projects run on a schedule you see on day one, not after the first delay.
- Video when it's faster. Not every question needs a site visit. Send us a walkthrough and you'll have a written plan within 48 hours; we come out when the room needs it.
Pricing
Consults start at $225 and staging at $750. All of it is on one page. Nobody has to call for a quote.
